Job Description

As a Technical Sales Representative - Inside Sales at DCM Sistemes, you will manage the internal sales cycle: handling and qualifying leads, following up on sales opportunities and supporting the external sales team.

In your day-to-day work, you will prepare technical and commercial quotations, manage orders and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure proper delivery to customers.

You will maintain regular communication with national and international customers, answer questions about machine vision lighting products and provide solutions adapted to their needs.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Valencia.

Requirements

• Languages: high level of English.
• Sales skills: experience in inside sales or internal sales, results-oriented mindset, ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and negotiation skills.
• Communication and customer relations: ability to explain technical solutions clearly, active listening, approachable manner and ability to work with customers from different profiles.
• Technical skills: interest in technology and industrial automation. Studies in engineering, electronics, automation or similar fields will be valued, as well as the ability to understand LED product specifications and machine vision systems.
• Organization: efficient time management, use of CRM and office tools, attention to detail when preparing quotations and following up on orders.
• Other valued requirements: knowledge of other languages to communicate with international customers, proactive attitude, willingness to learn and grow within an expanding company.
