Darkfield illumination effect
High
intensity light that comes into contact with the object with a small
angle regarding the support surface.
What is being obtained in
this way is that on surfaces with fissures or raised parts, these
ones interfere with the light trajectory producing bright areas.
'Darkfield' illumination effect according to the type of light:
Type of light | Characteristics | Use sample | DCM Sistemes Series |
---|---|---|---|
![]() Direct |
The most common applications of this lighting mode are those that need to verify surface defects or engravings such as laser or die cutting. | ![]() |
DKL, PLA, PLC, PLD, PRL |
![]() Diffuse |
The diffuse light show the edges as uniform white lines, making it the best type of lighting for working with reflective objects. Commonly used for identifying surface defects, reliefs or engravings such as LASER or die cutting. | ![]() |
ALS |
![]() Ultra-diffuse |
For identifying surface defects, reliefs or engravings by achieving the shine on lines or edges of cracks and reliefs. | ![]() |
ALU, ALW, PLU |
